How can I book an appointment?

You can book an appointment online by pressing ''Book Online'' in the top right or by calling us on 01482 441027. We will require a non-refundable £30 assessment fee or £40 consultation fee as a deposit to secure your appointment which is used towards your treatment. You can pay this over the phone, online or in the clinic.

How do I cancel/rebook an appointment?

Any appointments cancelled or rebooked within 2 working days of your appointment time will require an additional £30/£40 to rebook. This is to reduce short notice cancellations.

Do you offer same day emergency appointments?

Where possible, we will always try our best to offer same day appointments for emergencies. If we do not have any times available on the day, we will offer the next available slot.
